Would Not RecommendBought one of these to try out based on the mixed reviews because of price. Observed some of the rough finish, glass scratches and slightly uneven Sash closing ( bow in upper frame) as mentioned. Screen material was already coming out when unwrapped. Price increased 20% last week so it's no longer a good value for the price. Can get better made single hung for less now.

Would RecommendI've purchased 6 of these. Install was super easy. They look great. These have the best specs compared to similar prices and some that are more expensive. These are your money's worth! I will likely be getting 18 more.

Would Not RecommendI paid $1,056 for the set and was told by customer service it it went on sale with in 30 days they would reimburse the difference … they are now on sale 7 days later for $996 and Lowe’s customer service will not reimburse the difference.

One of the 3 windows is missing bottom grids
Would Not RecommendWe purchased three of these windows, and after installation, we noticed that one of them only had grids on the top section, leaving the bottom completely bare. This design inconsistency is noticeable from the outside and makes the window stand out awkwardly. We’re unsure how to fix it, but it’s disappointing that it wasn’t clear before installation. Overall, the mismatch affects the uniform look we were aiming for.

The first sales rep came to take my order in November 2024 and then I never heard back from him so I had to start over with another sales rep, then the contractors had to come measure windows and it took another 4 months to get the windows in and another couple weeks to get them installed so it isn’t a quick process. it was almost April when they were finally installed. Ordered 2 windows, both scratched
Would Not RecommendI ordered two 3201's and both windows have scratches on them. It wasn't noticed until they were cleaned. They are in the same place. It did not happen during installation and the packaging was in good shape. This was obviously a factory issue. Trying to contact someone to ship me out just the part that is broken because it would be impossible to take out the entire window without significant work.
