Would RecommendMy Reliabilt (online ordered) windows model #4870 were delivered timely. What I experienced next is a nightmare. One window delivered was a RETURNED/ PREPACKAGED without the screen. Seems the returns quality check DID NOT DO THEIR DUE DILIGENCE when excepting a product that wasn't intact. I ordered and paid for NEW windows. That's not what I received. Contacting Lowe's via chat I was told to return and have it redelivered which was not an option because the window had been removed. What I thoug...
