Lowes on Bobby Jones is a terrible place.

I bought it, but it took 4 trips before they could find it and loud it. The service at Lowe's on Bobby Jones in Augusta is terrible. Each time I was sent to the two different departments to find the product that was already in the store. Extremely poor service.

Inspect quality first

Easy installation, 50/50 quality. They’re super easy to install, no need to level really when installing. The issue I ran across though is the damaged ends. I fixed it but still they’re brand new windows and I shouldn’t have to fix anything if I bought them brand new. One of them squeaks when I open the window (squeaked even before the install) I don’t really mind it because I’m no Karen, But if you’re looking for quality look somewhere else. Disgusted with 1 of 3 windows

My Reliabilt (online ordered) windows model #4870 were delivered timely. What I experienced next is a nightmare. One window delivered was a RETURNED/ PREPACKAGED without the screen. Seems the returns quality check DID NOT DO THEIR DUE DILIGENCE when excepting a product that wasn't intact. I ordered and paid for NEW windows. That's not what I received. You could be a little giving to your customers.

This window was the exact size that I need. However, I need 3 addition windows in this size and they are not in this store's inventory. I was able to used my 10% discount for my entire order. Since I was not able to purchase the 3 additional windows, I will not be able to get a 10% discount on them. Additionally, I can order them from the Bluffton store but I will have to pay $100.00 for delivery. The associate that I spoke with at this store told me that the windows could not be sent to this ...

Windows are very well built. One window was warped but installed it anyway. It didn’t affect the performance of the window.

Quality

As you can see, the rubber trim that holds the screen material in the framework faces "outward." But you can not just turn the screen around, due to the way they drill a hole and rivet the attachment tab to the screen frame. I've spent almost 3K on windows, and now I'll have to send a demand letter and likely lawyer up to get replacement screens, due to the fact that the exclusive manufacturer of these windows for Lowe's has pin heads making them. Can't just move the latch without a hole appear...
