Perfect for my roof trim project

I was looking for a finished look to my repainting the siding along side of a roof located between the elevated sides of our house. The previous owner had replaced the shingles and left the two side panels a jagged mess at the bottom of the panels. My Wife and I went to lowes and found the perfect size and look that we wanted. Quality is good

Good quality wood product. Typically have to sort thru the stack to find the straightest ones. 99% are typically OK. I buy the ones prime painted to save time on jobs.

Very little sanding required and easy to paint. Good quality.

Easy Cleaning Design

The smooth curve design has no ridges to collect dust and dirt. The boss in the house wanted this baseboard. It was easier to prepare and paint than the usual design with grooves. The overall quality of the supply at Lowes was good, which made selecting satisfactory pieces easy. Normally, I hate buying lumber because I feel like I am going to an Easter Egg hunt...Sometimes without the eggs. Good choice for baseboard

This is a good choice for trim if you're looking to save a few bucks. The overall quality is acceptable and the simple design makes it easy to match up your angle cuts in the corner. The primer coat is thicker on some pieces than others but you're buying this with the intention of painting it so no one will notice anyway. May have to search through the stack to find one that's not chipped, but that goes with any lumber you buy
