Would RecommendI liked the affordability and ease of use. The flexibility worked in my favor while installing in an older home with uneven surfaces. Cutting and nailing was easy, even for me as a female on my first major home project. Called and painted, the finished product looks great.

Great for uneven walls
Would RecommendIm a female renovating a room in our home alone for the first time. This baseboard was affordable and easy to work with. Our home is older and there are no perfectly straight lines, so the flexibility of the board worked well in my situation, although my son did point out that the slight wave of the board confirmed to the wall made the wall’s imperfections more obvious. Even so, I’d do it again and use this product.

Why does this stuff have great reviews?
Would Not RecommendI cannot understand the good reviews on mdf trim. It crumbles when cutting, causing way less than clean edges. Trying to cope inside corners is nasty work and forget about retaining small details, they just crumble. And definitely do NOT put this stuff in any area that has moisture. It will completely degrade if it gets wet. Finally, using a nail gun is not recommended because it just shoots the nails all the way through. So plan on hand nailing and add construction adhesive to the price of this...
Good but not perfect
Would RecommendSome board had several spots in them that weren't perfect but with some paint they are still good.

Love it!
Would RecommendI love the fact you have a 12 ft affordable baseboard! I bought this to give the finishing touches after our floor was installed! I needed one that was 9+ ft. This was perfect. Thankfully no marks or dents on this one!
