no countersinking
Would Not RecommendThese aren't even slightly countersunk, so wood screw heads do not sit flush. For many jobs that's not a big deal but, for about the same price, galvanized nail plates (for which you have to provide your own screws) would be stronger and last longer with exactly the same deficit. These plates are supposed to be neat and cheap but without countersinking they're really neither.
Inexpensive product that gets the job done.
Would RecommendThis is a great, sturdy piece of metal to hold pieces of lumber together. And the price is fantastic, especially if you need multiple.
