They ELL worked
Would RecommendUsed one on each side of 3 1" PVC uprights & secured it to the base of a fence . The PVC holds up an adjustable frame with solar panels attached to it . These worked well to secure the uprights & still be adjustable .

Would RecommendNice corner braces. Very strong. Wukk buy more when I need them. Unckuded screws are too short, though, for best hold. Had to use 3/4" that I already has.
