dim witted lowes employee pulled a piece of lumber so warped and twisted that i could not even find a 26" section i could use. either employee woe fully untrained or criminally unsupervised. the attempt to sell a piece of lumber in this condition is the equivalent of a restaurant kitchen worker spitting into the food they are serving. totally wasted a week of my time until got a correct piece traded in

Wrong description

Online the description says 1/2 by 3/4 by the item is actually 1/2 by 11/16. First, the actual (not nominal) measurements should be specified both online and in-person. Second, it doesn’t make sense to use actual measurements for one dimension and nominal dimensions for the other dimension of the same idea.

great moulding

wood had very minimal knots and was easy to find a straight, non-warped piece, plaining was smooth.

Good, but had to dig to find

I suppose it's inevitable that when you get close to the end of the pile you have to pick through all of the left overs (picked the best out of 10 curved and knotted premium lumber pieces), but when the shelf space for the product is already small you'd hope that Lowes would restock more frequently

Wood strip

I used this to fil a gap between where my door caseing and the existing door jam was because the jam was skinnier than the wall and it worked very well

3/4 inch c 8 foot boards over three months bought enough to build 80 foot fence paid some on Lowe’s card and some cash

This is a great piece of moulding. I used it to to fill in a space between two boards.

It was important for my project (an exterior door installation finish) that the measurements given at the store were accurate. They were, and it was a straight piece.

Worked great as a spacer for a cabinet

I needed a strip of wood that could be stained to use as a counter top spacer for a cabinet. These wood strips were well made and worked great.
