What Customers Are Saying
The windows are generally well-made and energy-efficient, with smooth sliding mechanisms. However, some customers reported quality issues such as defective or damaged windows, loose seals, and problems with the locks and screens. The overall consensus is that these are decent budget-friendly windows, but the quality control could be improved.
Customer review summary generated by AI, including incentivized reviews.Lowes on Bobby Jones is a terrible place.
I bought it, but it took 4 trips before they could find it and loud it. The service at Lowe's on Bobby Jones in Augusta is terrible. Each time I was sent to the two different departments to find the product that was already in the store. Extremely poor service.

Great Experience
Would RecommendThe lady that assisted me at the service desk was great. She is as beautiful on the outside as she is on the inside.

Inspect quality first
Would Not RecommendEasy installation, 50/50 quality. They’re super easy to install, no need to level really when installing. The issue I ran across though is the damaged ends. One of them squeaks when I open the window (squeaked even before the install) I don’t really mind it because I’m no Karen, But if you’re looking for quality look somewhere else. Nice window
Would RecommendWindows are very well built. One window was warped but installed it anyway. It didn’t affect the performance of the window.
