Ratings & Reviews for Raid Outdoor Fly Bag Trap Outdoor Liquid Bag Insect Trap
Ratings may include incentivized customer reviews.
What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the fly trap for its exceptional effectiveness, with many reporting it catches hundreds of flies and dramatically reduces fly populations. The trap is easy to set up, requires no electricity, and offers convenient disposal. However, reviewers consistently note a strong, unpleasant odor described as garbage or rotting food, which most accept as the trade-off for potency. A smaller group reports durability issues like bags splitting or holders failing. Despite these drawbacks, most customers consider it a reliable, affordable solution that delivers on its core promise of eliminating flies efficiently.

Would Not RecommendIt was easy enough to put up, even though it doesn't come with string to hang out with. Biggest problem is that not only did it NOT kill flies and gnats - IT MADE THE PROBLEM WORSE! It basically turned into a fly breeding bag.

The Absolute Best!
Would RecommendI live near a cattle farm. The flies are unreal this year. I purchased this product at Lowe's. Following the instructions, hug the bag on my back poach. Within an hour there were flies in the bag. This is three days later. I can't say anything about other flying insects, but it works on flies.
It definitely works
Would RecommendEasy to use

Not for me
Would Not RecommendI bought 4 of these and put 3 in the back yard to help with the flys. I will be returning the 4th unopened on. These traps smell awful!! My backyard smells like rotting waste/dead animal. Depending on your setup and where you are putting these, they may work well for you. Some critter got to one of the bags and emptied it. The smell from the two bags is terrible. I have a decent size back yard, so it’s not like I have them right on top of me.
