[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It catches all the flies and it looks gross, but worth it. If a light being on all the time would bother you, you might want to put in hidden spot, I have it low and behind a table and still works wonders.

Didn't work well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It didn't work, served more so as a nugget light. I used it when there was a fruit nat issue. Only 2 were caught on it. Not sure the method that attracts the bugs to it but the fruit Nats or flies that got in when opening door weren't drawn to it.

Multipurpose product!

I placed it in my kitchen as I have had horrible problems with gnats and fruit flies lately. The first night I plugged it in I didn't find anything except a moth. The moth got stuck on the paper but nothing else. I didn't see any improvement with the gnats for about a week. After a week, I checked again and noticed I found more....

Helpful little light

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had terrible gnats this summer in our kitchen. We plugged this in and within a week it had only caught 2 of them and a moth. Pretty disappointing. We did leave it plugged in for 3 weeks and below it added a vinegar bowl with cling film over the top of it (poke holes in the top). The combo seemed to be more helpful. Within 3 weeks, it caught 10 or more. The bowl caught most of them though in the last week. We still have lingering one or two, ...

It does make a great night light in our kitchen. Just bright enough to make way to the fridge for water. Looks nice, doesn't attract insects

I have this plugged in in my office which is next to the front door, which is also where I have seen insects (mostly a few flies but an occasional spider.) I plugged it in about a week ago and have seen two flies in my office since then. The trap didn't attract and catch either of them. Maybe this is more suited to different insects.

Perfect for the kitchen

However, it is perfect for the kitchen. It's compact and definitely helps trap the pesky gnats that have been showing up. I like it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in Texas so it seems like there are bugs EVERYWHERE no matter what you do! I was excited to try this out. I would recommend putting this in your kitchen if you store fruit or veggies on the counter or near a window, if possible. It seems to work well and draw the bugs in and trapping them on the sticky paper. It gives off a good amount of light and doubles as a nightlight. I'd recommend it!

Easy assembly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is designed well and the adhesive part is protected, so you don't accidentally touch it. It's easy to assemble and fairly compact, so it isn't overly obvious. Fortunately, there's not a big flying insect problem where I live, so I've been using it in my garage. It seems to work best when it's dark and the insects are attracted to the light. It's effective in a sense that once the insects land on the adhesive, they are stuck.

Seems to be more at night tho. I will definitely be buying refills and probably just a few more plugs to put around the house. I live in the country and these things are a pain.

If it's got wings it's attracted to this plug in light and it's so easy to clean up and mess free. I love it I'm gonna buy refills for mine for sure and I definitely recommend this product to everyone having issues with gnats or flies or even moths and mosquitoes this thing really does the trick!
