Sleek and Useful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Raid Essentials Flying Insect Light Trap is a wonderful way to discreetly trap flying insects that make their way into your home. Ours was placed near the backdoor of our home, an exit used frequently to let our dog out in the yard. The trap is silent with a sleek look. It acts as a night light as well!

Really wanted to like this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the idea here and the packaging / light is wonderful but here's my issue. We plugged this in about 2 weeks ago and during that time, I know for a fact we've had several flies and mosquitos fly in from the backyard. After 2 weeks, the trap has caught.... 3 gnats. A bit disappointed by that.

Super easy to set up!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so excited to try this out! I've seen it all over social media and I am thrilled to give it a try! This was incredibly easy to set up! Just peek the stickers off and pop the refill into the plastic holder and plug in. Can't wait to see how many flys and gnats we trap!!

Time will tell!

I love that it is kid & pet friendly as well as free of chemical insecticides. I'm hoping that the bugs won't be visible from the front of the device!

So far I like it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only used it for a few days so far and I really like it. We have a reptile and dog in the home and I don't like using chemicals, especially insect spray. This has worked really well so far. There's already a couple bugs in the trap. I will keep using again in the future.

Works Well + Added Night Light

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this item from Influenster in exchange for review. I put the light in my kitchen near my trash and sink. This is a high fly/gnat/mosquito time in my area. The light trap has been a great addition not only for the trap aspect but also for the added benefit for the night light!

We needed this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My fiancé and I have been wanting to get something like this as we do experience fruit flies during the hot summer months here in Arizona. We were so excited to try this out and so far we haven't noticed any flies. It's aesthetically pleasing and isn't too bulky, which is nice as well.

Could Be Better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have another flying insect trap so I was able to compare. This trap is made well but does not attract flying insects as well as it should. I placed it near my backdoor as I believe this is where flies get in when I'm taking my dog out. It's barely attracted anything.

Works fast!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product does not take long to start working! I noticed that I was having problems with moths. Surprisingly I got this in the mail and connected it right way and within an hour there was already 3 moths in the trap! I will be buying more for the rest of my home!

Bug trap that doesn't look like a bug trap!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Raid light trap looks good, while catching gnats and fruit flies. I love the fact that the sticky part is behind a plastic cover so if guests come over, it's not noticeable that it's an insect trap. I also love that I can't see the bugs unless I look closely.

Not what I was expecting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This maybe super helpful if you have a spot where mosquitos or other bugs loves lights. I was looking for a true mini zipper. This wasnt nothing like that, it's a sticky mat that you push down in the plug in. Maybe good for some, but not all that for me.

Not sure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In theory, I can see how it would work. In practice, however, it hasn't caught anything yet. I'm not sure if this is because there isn't really anything to catch though - I've only encountered a couple plant gnats since plugging it in but they haven't landed on the trap.

The light is pretty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received free for my honest opinion. I had to assist trapping the one bug that got stuck. My youngest and I looked forward to this device to work. Fruitfly season is in full because of our garden harvests. Maybe we got a sticky pad that wasn't stuck who knows.

Definitely works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product impressed me tremendously. It is chemical free and catches those pesky mosquitoes that manage to make it indoors. Functions as a great nightlight as well which is a bonus. I will be purchasing refills soon. I definitely recommend trying this if you deal with unwanted flying buggers.

Just what I need

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so glad o got to try this one out! It's super easy to use and put together. It attracted those small fruit flies instantly! It's so much easier and better than having to use the diy dish soap hack! Definitely worth the cost (which isn't that much)

The light attracts the bugs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I put it right next to my front door because that's when all the bugs come into the house. It works even better at night because the light is illuminated so the bugs are even more drawn to it. Would recommend for common gnats and fruit flies.

It works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used a larger version of these blue light sticky traps and was happy to try this wall outlet version. It works best at night since they're attracted to the light. Its discreet and you have to look behind the front part to see the dead bugs.

Good night light

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was easy to open and assemble. The blue light is great as a night light. I haven't seen any bugs get caught on the sticky pad yet but that means I don't have any in my house right now! I like the concept of this product.
