I use this knife to cut big chicken breasts in half thickness wise to cook. It works just awesome. I always had a problem when doing this for making Chicken Chesapeake. This knife cuts through it with ease. Great knife and great price.

Replacements
I have used Rada knives for at least 20 years. the original knives had the polished metal handle which turned my hands black with use. My husband coated them with some kind of rubberized coating but its all peeling off. I was thrilled when I saw that you can order with a black plastic handle. Forever a fan of Rada knives!!

Best Knives Ever
These knives are so dependable. I’ve used them for years and they are ones I use the most. I have never had a bad experience with Rada knives. This serrated knife works great. I used it to cut sandwiches in half. They didn’t tear the bread like some knives. My sandwiches looked so neat and pretty!

All of my new knives got here just in time for the up coming holidays. Thank you for that. I had a honeydew melon to cut up and being older with not so much hand use as before, my slicer came just in time. It worked wonders compared to some of my old knives. (Not my old Rada knives) The slicer made quick work of getting the melon cut up and I was one happy 77 yrs. young lady!
