Stupid mistakes
I love all my knives. I was thrilled when I found the paring knife was now avail in black plastic. But unfortunately this past spring my husband suffered a massive heart attack and in the emotional recovery process I mistakenly left the knife on a plate when I put the plate in the microwave.. totally destroyed it. I always recommend these knifes to friends and family... gave many as gifts

Can't do with you my Rada Tomato Slicer!
Would RecommendQuality workman ship make this knife one that every cook needs in her kitchen. It peels even the ripest tomato without a mushy mess. It slices with ease. I have one, but with canning season here, I knew I needed another. I love all my RADA products.

Best knife I never knew existed!
Would RecommendI'm not quite sure how I came about knowing this knife existed, but I'm sure glad I found it. I never even knew there was a knife made just for tomatoes! I have my late mother's small paring knife that she used for everything and it's probably more than 50 years old. It looks like it's most likely a Rada knife also. The blade is very skinny now from all the years of my dad keeping it sharp, but it still works! I've never known anyone else that actually peeled their tomatoes besides my mom, but s...
