As always, I love the knives we just bought. I have used RADAknives for years. They stay sharp a long time and cut really well. I love the cheese slicer and potato peeler also, along with the spreader. In fact there is nothing I have bought from them that I do not like!

Steak knives
These knives are really wonderful! I noticed they are a little smaller than traditional knives in size and I am not sure why but they are very pretty and are very sharp! I went to a farmers market in NYC and a man there had been using one and he told me it was the best knife ever and that he had it for year and years!! I do recommend them and the price was great too!
