Super sharp
Very sharp and works great for all meats. Slices roast beef thinly and easily. Haven't tried it on anything but meat as that is what it is designed for, but I'm sure there are other tasks it will handle well.

Love the Carver/Boner knife
I used the knife on Easter Sunday to bone the turkey, it worked great and kept the sharp edge. I then used one of the larger RADA knives to finish carving the bird. Love them.

I love rada and only use there knives . Over the years I have collected so many . Ifind the easy to sharpen with the sharpener . If you dont have any I suggest you purchase some
