The blades are a lot thinner than I would like. This makes them flex when you try to cut with them. The finish on the handles is also uncomfortable. It may just be me, but when the handle is wet it's like nails on a chalkboard for me. I had to sand the rough finish off to make them comfortable. I won't return them because I need knives, but I won't buy them again when I need replacements and when I find knives with thicker blades I will replace them. It's a shame, really, because I liked the ide...
