while they work very well, I was disappointed when they were put in the dishwasher by my mom who is living with us. She is elderly, sometimes forgetful. So the discoloration is very noticeable.

Great Set.
These are a great set for your table! I bout them for when we use our chins and sterling silver to have a steak knife to go with them. Just wish I had kept the boxes they came in for storage. Highly recommend. Great for any kind of meat! We’ve used on Turkey, steak and chicken so far

Bought these maybe a year ago and I am in love with these knives. We bought the serrated steak knives. My grandma use to have these that’s how I learned about them. They stay sharp and last forever. I use them for everything. Great quality thank you! I wish you had dinner forks and spoons.

Provide better alert!
Attractive knife set, but not useful for an active household. The alert that these knives can't go in dishwasher should be prominent in sales advertising, and in knife set packaging. We didn't see this, and put knives in dishwasher. They were ruined. Handles became sooty, like charred firewood, and couldn't be cleaned. We tossed the set in our garbage. What household, in daily use, is going to hand wash knives?
