A favorite memory about cooking with grandma as a child was watching her use those super sharp silver Rada knives. She wasn't sure where the other 2 went, or how I could purchase my own set, but before she passed she gave me her remaining knife. I am thrilled to find this site. I can hardly wait for my order to come in!

Steak Knives
I was disappointed in the steak knives. They are exactly like my serrated paring knife. I would have expected steak knives to be longer to match normal silverware length. I would have like to order them with carving set had I see that before ordering. Holding other set for a gift.

Good. Have used Rada for years. I did notice that with this order the knives didnt seem to be as sharp as usual. My former slicer and paring knives were top of the line sharp in my opinion. This set not so much
