VERY sharp
I can attest to the knives being sharp. I have managed to slice my fingers several times. I'm just not use to really good knives. One thing that might be looked into is the handle right beneath the blade. I punctured my finger while using a knife and it was worse than a slice. My husband took a file and filed down all the sharp edges to make them safe. I love these knives.

Best Knives Ever!
Once I placed my order, I received my knives within a week. I have other paring knives that just do not "cut" it and were much more expensive! The Rada knives are really great. I am using them daily! The quality of the knives is excellent and very affordable. I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend to anyone to buy Rada products, you will be glad you did.

We received a set of Rada knives when we were married 43 years ago. They were our “go to” knives that we used on a daily basis. Due to long term neglect on our part the handles broke off. We are loving the new knives and we a looking forward to many years of quality performance.
