I love the knives. I did not know they weren’t supposed to be washed in dishwasher. The finish came off the handles of the knives. I ruined a bunch of my knives.

Paring knives: very sharp and well balanced. I can't tell yet how long the shank is, but the blade feels very secure. What impressed me most was that Rada knives are produced in USA with USA-sourced material.
