What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the flooring's stunning visual appeal, realistic wood grain, and effortless installation with smooth-locking planks and attached underlayment. Most find it beautiful, luxurious, and easy to install without prior experience. However, many report significant water resistance issues—bubbling, warping, and seam lifting after minimal spills despite waterproof claims. Some encountered defective planks or inconsistent patterns. Despite water concerns, most customers consider the visual quality and installation ease worthwhile, though careful moisture management is essential.

Price point is good compared to other stores
Would RecommendMy experience was good the lady helping us was patient and great at explaining what we needed. Haven’t used the product yet. Your flooring department needs a face lift. It’s to dark down the isles and you can barely see the true color of the floor. The samples of the flooring are too high and to small to visualize what you’re trying to purchase. Your competitor floors and decor are onto something nice and bright, well lit inside.

Water affects it as if cardboard
Would Not RecommendI bought a QuickStep laminate product that was installed 6 months ago. It is absolutely NOT even water resistant, much less waterproof. Even the smallest amount of spilled water ANYWHERE on the flooring will cause all the seams in that spot to buckle up. If you don't get the water dried up within minutes, that section is ruined, and very noticeable. Too bad because not only was it expensive to do my entire house, but I do really like the color and style. Most visitors think it is real hardwood. ...

Waterproof not at all.
Would Not RecommendI love the gas lighting on the boxes that says waterproof. Then you’re told by the manufacturer in all the reviews replies that it’s only waterproof for 30 min. That is also a lie. Do yourself a favor absolutely do not buy this crap. It’s is beautiful but it’s absolutely a joke. Also the response to this from the manufacturer will be file claim with Lowe’s. Exactly what will that do? Who pays for it to be reinstalled? Also the Lowe’s flooring person said it was waterproof with no worries when pu...

Some of the pieces had bad clic Lock They wouldn’t lock into the other pieces Several pieces had damage so they were unusable out of the boxes The tools for installation were not up to the challenge The tools lasted about 2 rooms then we had to buy another tool.
