What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the flooring's stunning visual appeal, realistic wood grain, and effortless installation with smooth-locking planks and attached underlayment. Most find it beautiful, luxurious, and easy to install without prior experience. However, many report significant water resistance issues—bubbling, warping, and seam lifting after minimal spills despite waterproof claims. Some encountered defective planks or inconsistent patterns. Despite water concerns, most customers consider the visual quality and installation ease worthwhile, though careful moisture management is essential.

Great looking floor, quality and price
Would RecommendWe bought enough to do an entire house, seems to be of great quality and thicker than most others. Pattern looks great and with the lifetime residential warranty it should stay nice for a very long time.

Not Waterproof
I couldn't be more disappointed with the quality of this flooring. I spent a very long-time reviewing flooring, to ensure I got the right product to stand up to spills and traffic. Within the first week, water that had been spilled on the floor from a pet water bowl bubbled up our flooring at the seam. It cannot withstand any amount of spilled water for more than five minutes, or it will bubble up. I do not recommend this.

Worst mistake EVER
Would Not RecommendDo not waste your money or time on this flooring. Our flooring project initiated on October 21, 2025. Due to severe delays and poor workmanship, we are demanding a full refund and a complete resolution. The materials took several months to arrive, and the installation team from Pro. Service did not begin work until December. By the third day of installation, the flooring planks showed clear signs of damage caused by the installation team's compressor. While Mohawk—the manufacturer of the QuickS...

The worst flooring
Would Not RecommendMy husband and I bought this flooring to put down in our dinning room/living room because we loved the look of it and it claims to be water proof which is needed because we have animals and children. We recently put down a different brand flooring in a few bedrooms, and install was a breeeze and it turned out beautifully, but we wanted something waterproof for the downstairs. This quick step flooring is a nightmare. After laying it all out to begin install, we were already having issues with a ...
