What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the flooring's stunning visual appeal, realistic wood grain, and effortless installation with smooth-locking planks and attached underlayment. Most find it beautiful, luxurious, and easy to install without prior experience. However, many report significant water resistance issues—bubbling, warping, and seam lifting after minimal spills despite waterproof claims. Some encountered defective planks or inconsistent patterns. Despite water concerns, most customers consider the visual quality and installation ease worthwhile, though careful moisture management is essential.

DO NOT BUY THIS--NOT spill repel, waterproof
Would Not RecommendBought this in Late Fall 2023. Hired a contractor with 34 years experience to install two bathrooms and the kitchen in March 2024. It looked GREAT! However, within a YEAR, I noticed the middle of the floor buckling and separating planks in the bathroom. Two months later, the kitchen floor started buckling and warping. And finally, the second bathroom joints are separating just like the other two rooms. The contractor suggested getting MORE boxes of the same product to help fix the issue. I...

Horrible product
Would Not RecommendEverything on the package is a lie. These are absolutely not water resistant. Spray mopping ruins the floor. If you want the floors to stay nice , you can never clean them. Pets ruin the floor instantly. I Dont know what it is about dog pee, but people's dogs have peed on my floor twice. You have ZERO time to clean it before it bubbles really bad. Customer service is no help at all. The warranty is a lie.
