What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the flooring's realistic wood appearance and straightforward installation, with most noting the locking system becomes intuitive after initial planks. Many successfully complete large projects solo using basic tools and report the visual transformation exceeds expectations. However, some raise serious concerns about water resistance, reporting planks bubble and swell after minor spills or moisture exposure. Several also mention manufacturing defects including damaged boards and failed locking mechanisms upon arrival. Despite these durability issues, most customers find the aesthetic appeal and installation ease worthwhile.

Would RecommendMake certain an expansion space is left around the perimeter and then foam beading is placed in the gap and seal it with silicon caulk!

Absolute Garbage Flooring-Not Waterproof at ALL
Would Not RecommendI bought this to put in my den. I loved the look of it and installation was fairly simple. Then my dog had an "accident" on the floor. I cleaned it up within 30 minutes, but the next day the seams were swollen along the joint. It's now swelling every time something liquid spills. Liquid can apparently very easily seep between the joints and it doesn't take much to ruin the floor, no matter how fast you clean it up. It's literally left me in tears seeing what I hoped to be the last floor I'd ever...
Not Durable Whatsoever
Would Not RecommendThis will chip if you drop anything heavy or pointed on it. But worse yet, it warps and swells when water gets on it. Water from our deep sink and pet bowls gets on here and swells the wood. Also, installed it in the entryway landing by the front door. Bad idea, water has swelled and ruined the wood. This flooring only lasted a couple of years.
Defects and Bad labeling, but decent for the price
Would Not RecommendThe worst issue is that out of 14 boxes used with 8 boards per box that there were 8 boards with raised solid bumps. 7 of the 8 had a bump the size of a bb, and 1 had two bumps, one the size of a dime and the other a pencil eraser. What made the issue worse is that I did not catch the problem at first and had to undo four rows of flooring to take out three bad boards. I was able to cut around the defects and use 7 of the 8 problem boards. The second issue has to do with the display wording....

Great idea, looks great, but not really flooring
Very pretty fake wood floor that requires more prep than the installer did. Flexes underfoot at any joint. A few damaged ends with the lack of leveling compound required taking it all up again and moving back to real hardwood.
