Bad Design / Mediocre Service

Bought this product for a small (150 sf) bedroom and closet project. I'm not a pro but I have a very great deal of experience and all the necessary tools for flooring installation. This product requires the tapping method (bad design) but will not remain locked together in any case. Time after time, the finished courses separated on me. Very POOR Quality

This product did not clip together as it should. We had to put nails in this floating floor to make it work. There were so many times it did not lay flush to the floor and had a big gaps-- we had to take off a few rows to fix the gaps. So frustrating!

They look nice with a little effort

The locking on this takes a lot to get set get a good tap. The edges will peel a little when setting.

Exactly as I Imagined!

The cartons of slats were delivered on the date I picked, and they were stacked neatly exactly where I had requested them to be. The floor got laid last weekend and they are beautiful. I love the "Toasted Chestnut" and it looks just like I pictured it. The individual slats are not as visible as they would be in other choices. It's just wonderful and next I will be ordering more for my bedroom. I HIGHLY recommend Lowe's products, and their word is good!

This panel has padding already on the back side.

It was easy to install. Panels lock together really tight.

Laminate floor match

Was trying to match a 12 year old floor. Found the exact match with the help of Lowe’s Associate, Charles, who was very knowledgeable about laminate flooring at the Little Elm store.

The foam padding was not attached properly. Half of it wasnt on the boards

Looks like real wood

This is a great looking product that looks like real hardwood. The handscraped detail is nice. I'm very happy with the overall look.
