Price point is good compared to other stores

My experience was good the lady helping us was patient and great at explaining what we needed. Haven’t used the product yet. Your flooring department needs a face lift. It’s to dark down the isles and you can barely see the true color of the floor. The samples of the flooring are too high and to small to visualize what you’re trying to purchase. Your competitor floors and decor are onto something nice and bright, well lit inside.

Water affects it as if cardboard

I bought a QuickStep laminate product that was installed 6 months ago. It is absolutely NOT even water resistant, much less waterproof. Even the smallest amount of spilled water ANYWHERE on the flooring will cause all the seams in that spot to buckle up. If you don't get the water dried up within minutes, that section is ruined, and very noticeable. Too bad because not only was it expensive to do my entire house, but I do really like the color and style. Most visitors think it is real hardwood. ...

Waterproof not at all.

I love the gas lighting on the boxes that says waterproof. Then you’re told by the manufacturer in all the reviews replies that it’s only waterproof for 30 min. That is also a lie. Do yourself a favor absolutely do not buy this crap. It’s is beautiful but it’s absolutely a joke. Also the response to this from the manufacturer will be file claim with Lowe’s. Beautiful flooring but quality problems

Some of the pieces had bad clic Lock They wouldn’t lock into the other pieces Several pieces had damage so they were unusable out of the boxes The tools for installation were not up to the challenge The tools lasted about 2 rooms then we had to buy another tool.

This was pretty easy to install, the color is nice and design is nice, but product does not hold up to water resistance or pets accidents, it will pucker at the seams in 30 mins, very disappointed, would never recommend laminate go with LVP if you want waterproof!

not waterproof at all

Looks good BUT flooring is not waterproof as stated in warranty. Have only had flooring down a couple of months and had a water spill. Water was only on floor for a maximum of 5 minutes and floor already bubbled up in seams. Would not recommend if you have pets.
