What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this flooring for its stunning aged hickory appearance, straightforward snap-lock installation, and durable construction. Most highlight the natural, elegant look that exceeds expectations and rivals higher-end options. Many report easy DIY installation, even for beginners, with planks locking tightly and securely. Reviewers consistently note excellent scratch resistance and easy cleaning, making it practical for households with pets or children. A small number encountered edge chipping or milling inconsistencies, though most still consider the aesthetic and installation benefits well worth the investment.

order good, but very slow
I received the order in the morning, went there at 3pm, but had to wait at least 40 minutes for it to be brought out. The costumer service lady was nice and the guy helped me packing it, I cannot complain about either of them (5 star). But the wait time was too long (1 star). That's why I give only 3 stars

Nightmare to install
Would Not RecommendThe locking mechanism does not work. The only way to get pieces to lock is to force them together with a mallet and tapping block. Inevitably the constant tapping will damage the groove and make installation even worse. Tapping planks together in one area causes another area to break loose. Some planks are worse than others -- some tap right in place, and some are completely impossible to install. Ended up returning every bit of this junk to the store. Such a shame because it has such a good loo...

Good Quality
Would RecommendThe floor has good quality over all. It has a great design and color, nice semi gloss finish and not slippey: however, it seems to scratch easily. It says in the description that it is non scratch. So that’s the drawback. Otherwise it’s a nice quality flooring material.
