What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this flooring for its stunning aged hickory appearance, straightforward snap-lock installation, and durable construction. Most highlight the natural, elegant look that exceeds expectations and rivals higher-end options. Many report easy DIY installation, even for beginners, with planks locking tightly and securely. Reviewers consistently note excellent scratch resistance and easy cleaning, making it practical for households with pets or children. A small number encountered edge chipping or milling inconsistencies, though most still consider the aesthetic and installation benefits well worth the investment.

It looks nice, installed easily, and I left a piece outside in the rain to see how it would react to water. After a few days, you can’t tell it ever got wet. Biggest issue is, it in no way matches the color online. It’s more of a white and grey color. Zero brown or natural wood color at all. This was further compounded by my local Lowe’s having the flooring samples mislabeled. I decided to install it anyway since I was on a time crunch and it really didn’t look bad with my room colors.

Product is very nice looking
Like the product. Purchase and communication process has been excellent. The installation not so much. It's still not completely installed. Initial installers left the job incomplete without communication.

Dents and creases
Would Not RecommendOrdered 11 packs, every single one had dents and creases in every single pack. If i didn't need to complete this job so bad I would have taken it back for a refund. Plan on talking to the store manager and hope they can alleviate the situation.

Printing Damage
I bought 850 square feet of Harrison Hickory. About every other box had printing errors that looked like deep scratches, but are where the printing process 'skipped'. We were able to use some of the boards as cut ends, but some were completely unusable. Installation went well, as we have a lot of experience laying this type of flooring.
