Out of four boxes we opened we couldn’t find two planks that would actually assemble as they should. This product is at best a quality control nightmare and at worst an actual and legitimate scam. bad service
was given run around to get someone to bring it out to my truck on forklift. took almost 30 minutes to finally get the product. then, both pallets had water on them. turns out the plastic "protective cover" leaked onto the flooring. have at least 5 boxes that were affected. damp flooring ruined.

Very beautiful flooring but SO hard to install compared to other types. The connecting pieces are like particle board and very easily damaged. I bought 13 boxes and almost every single board had damage upon opening whether it being a scratched surface or crushed connector pieces. There were also a lot of chipped boards.
