head won't screw on
Would Not Recommendpurchase the spec on the 2nd of February 2025. we had massive freezing so I wasn't able to use it for at least a week and then when the snow and everything had dissipated. when I tried to assemble it came to find out that the head would not screw in. there was a little cap that needs to be removed. that's got a hexagonal shape that matches part of the screwing in it. I knew that had to be removed so I took that off and then I tried to screw the head into the hole and it just twists and nothing e...

Would Not RecommendWe use these in our garage business and it broke after one use. my tech was barely using it or pushing it hard and it just snapped the whole broom head right off. what is worse is it doesnt seem to want to give me a return option to at least get it started and print out the qr code to send it back. it just takes me in circles back to search for my order that i already know about. very frustrating being a business and cant just drop and go drive to return things to the store itself!
