Smooth finish

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our interior walls have the eggshell finish, so I was worried at first we’d have to go over it more than two or three times to get an even coat of paint. With the Purdy Altitude paint roller, I’m grateful it made it a smoother process. The drywall turned out beautifully and even coated with minimal splatter.

Not a fan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m sure they make other finishes but this one was not the choice for my project. I used a dark semigloss paint over a light colored satin. This roller seemed to use a LOT of paint and left a lot of splotches. I was refilling it way more than with other rollers I’ve used and ended up having to buy more paint, doubling what I should’ve needed.

My house has textured walls and it did what it needed to like any good paint roller cover. What makes it different is that it’s more of a microfiber material than the regular poly or acrylic covers. It definitely holds more paint than standard rollers so you can cover more dipping less, the only downside to that is how I mentioned it takes more to clean...

Very smooth application
