What Customers Are Saying
The Purdy Golden Eagle paint roller is a high-quality product that performs well on a variety of surfaces, including rough textures like stucco, popcorn ceilings, and corrugated metal. Customers praised its ability to hold a large amount of paint, provide excellent coverage in just one or two coats, and work effectively on challenging surfaces. The roller's thick 1-1/4" nap was highlighted as particularly well-suited for these applications. While the product is more expensive than some alternatives, many reviewers felt it was worth the extra cost due to its superior performance and durability, as they were able to reuse the roller multiple times after proper cleaning.
Customer review summary generated by AI, including incentivized reviews. We purchased this product to repaint our deck. The paint loaded easily and spread the paint smoothly on the surface. The extra width made short work of a large project.

Good quality & good price
Would RecommendGood thick roller did an excellent job of applying thick, gooey roof paint. One- time use so the reasonable price was a plus. Would buy again for another project.

Large, hold a lot of paint and covers well
Would RecommendThis roller is of great value. It holds a lot of paint at one time and covers a lot of space, making painting faster and easier. I usually take tape and clean off any loose material before painting. Usually this roller covers so well that one coat is good.
