Works like it should

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used many different rollers. I think the Purdy White Dove roller worked exceptionally well for our at-home project. I'm happy to say this is a really CLEAN roller, no lint what so ever! It held the paint, and seemed to help cover the wall a lot easier than normally. I'll be buying this roller again.

Great brush

Will not hold paint!

bought A three pack of these rollers and they are horrIble! The cheap rollers hold more paint . These were shedding so much and made the wall patchy due to not holding enough paint. I am a professional painter and will stick to Benjamin moore rollers.

Do not buy

Do yourself a favor and stay away from these rollers. These shed lint like crazy. brought a 3 pack. One of them was weirdly worn down on one side out of the pack. The one I used shed so badly that I had to replace it with a different brand halfway through one wall. Very disappointing.

Uneven rolling&inconsistent

I should have read the reviews before I bought this product. After painting, my husband said, "Don't buy these again!" I assumed with the name Purdy I was getting a quality product. Not with this one.

Buy 3 get one free package is junk.

The Purdy White Dove Roller Covers in the "Buy 3 Get One Free" pack are junk. The four rollers are snugly packaged and develop flat spots while on the store shelf. Once loaded with paint and rolled onto a wall, they feel as if they are oval rather than round. Each roller cover is basically for one-time use. They look horrible after a standard soap-and-water cleanup. After using two covers, I ended up throwing the remaining two roller covers away.

My favorite roller cover

These roller covers are lint free, and they are very forgiving with regard to lines. They make any amateur look like a pro, even when applying satins and eggshells. The only drawback is that they don't hold as much paint as some may prefer. The Golden Eagle may suit those painters who prefer to not dip in the paint tray quite as often.

Too much lint

Even after vacuuming the roller cover for at least a minute lint came out of the roller cover. Lint was noticable after the paint dried.
