“Ultra Soft” Apparently Means Ultra Sloppy

Puffs Ultra Soft was a huge disappointment. The tissues in this box were stacked crooked, uneven, and completely cattywompus, as if quality control never looked at them. Even worse, they are not soft at all. They feel thin, rough, and cheap, more like flimsy one-ply tissues than a premium product. For the price and the name, I expected much better quality. This box was sloppy and unacceptable.

The next tissue will not come up

When you take out one tissue, the other one will not come up. You need to reach in to pull it up. This is not satisfactory, especially when you get towards the end.

Puffs are soft yet strong.

Will only buy Puffs. They even went through washer and dryer and never shredded.

A hug for your nose

These are really durable and soft. They contrite your nose and they have then in smaller packs as well, making them very convenient. They always seem to do the trick for me when I have a cold.

The perfect Kleenex...

I've been using Puffs Kleenex for many years, and I have never had an issue. They come out of the box smooth and easy, and one at a time. They are the perfect size and work very well. They are light, soft, and very cushy. There is really nothing to learn about them, just pull one out of the box, one at a time and you will be fine.

Quality of tissues

I have purchased Puff tissues for many year, and recently noticed the quality is not the same. Tissues fall apart, messed up in the boxes, and just not the same.

Change in box size

Who's bright idea was it to alter the boutique box size? They no longer fit into decorative tissue box covers. Going forward I'll have to use Kleenex since they actually fit.Honestly we have to jam them into the cover then it takes 10 minutes to pull out the box when it's empty. Such a disappointment.

Love

My go to for tissues! It’s soft and doesn’t leave my nose dry! They are perfect for winter and seasonal allergies. Would definitely recommend!!

Cube boxes are not square

The cube boxes are not square like the more popular brand name, and therefore don't actually fit into any of the tissue holders we have. One side is about 3/8 of an inch bigger than the other. Come on guys, this should be one of the most basic designs to get right!

Hard to use right out of the box.

The tissues are too tightly packed in the square box making it impossible to remove the first four or five tissues without shredding them. It is very aggravating.

Should try

Have been using this tissues at my workplace and home. Love how soft it is and the prices is affordable. . Will definitely keep buying it for the future.

Too small

I have been sick over a week with a sinus infection. I have gone thru 8 boxes of ultra soft tissue. The one thing I keep saying everytime to myself, TOO SMALL. And I am not a large person. Imagine if I was these would be useless. Next time I'll probably buy soft toilet paper and try that instead.

At one time I loved Puffs. But something changed

I would not buy anything else until this last box. The tissues are of poor quality and scratchy. I had to check that I didn’t pick up Kleenex by mistake. I am very disappointed

Lately tissue boxes have a lot or “Tissue Pulp”

Too much Tissue pulp coming out when extracting tissues from box

I miss the old Pop-up tissue boxes

This box opens at the top and the front in a sort of oval, revealing the whole clump of tissues and making it hard to select just one tissue. Why not stick with the simple pop-up design that when you take one tissue, another pops up? It worked! This doesn't! Tissues are good quality, but I am not buying this anymore until you go back to the pop-up style box.

Great product. Only one size

These tissues are the best. The only drawback is they only come in one size. Noses comes in a variety of sizes, why don't tissues,

I am no longer a fan

The puffs ultra cubes have been my go-to for years. Lately to start a box you pull out a torn tissue, and sometimes more than one. Throughout the box you pull one out, then they are no longer connected, so you need to go deep into the box to pull out remaining tissues. At the end of the box four or five tissues come out at once. It is a pain in the neck. I am switching tissues.

Generally a great tissue

Puffs are stronger than the cheaper brands. They hold up well. But why are the last few tissues in every box folded in half? It's annoying.
