Does what it says it will do
Would RecommendIt cut nice to the length I needed and has a high quality feel. The liquid nails I used to hold it down didn't adhere well, but I'm chalking that up to user error.

Would RecommendEase of installation. Used it to replace the edge of a step at my garage door. I was able to cut this material with tin snips. I predrilled, with ease, so that I could screw it to the edge of the step
