Pretty flimsy compared to others. I guess I have to accept that you get what you pay for. Watching the workers who picked them up to dump into the truck, I think I'll be lucky if they survive six months. The lids and hinge are shabby at best. Replacements will be much sturdier.

5/16" Push Nuts Required
Would RecommendOf course you could modify with threaded rod and lock nuts, but when I lost one of mine, I measured the axle and just purchased a cheap pack of 5/16" "push nuts". Support the other side of the axle and give the push nut one hard whack. Worked like a charm.

Bought these for my M-I-L and they priced right and would have done what they were designed for she did not 32 gal was large enough. I returned them but not due to the items themself

Would RecommendThis trash can is great- mostly because it doesn't have a rat it. A rat chewed through the lid of my old trash can and dropped into an empty can. Said rat scared the crap out of me and was laid to rest in that trash can. This can is clean and rat free. 10/10 would recommend.
