Would Not RecommendI ordered toilet, it showed up at shipper damaged, they ordered a replacement, but failed to mention the item was back ordered with no eta. A store had some and I requested one to be delivered from store and was refused. Lowe’s is going downhill!
The delivery person was very helpful and firendly

Expected better
Would Not RecommendCommodes are very uncomfortable to sit on. Seat and lid are very thin. Seat has already loosened. I expected higher quality from Lowe’s.

Delivery Service Poor - Arrived Damaged
Would Not RecommendThe delivery took longer than expected but that was manageable. The box was left at the top of my driveway, on its side in a driving rain. Only 10 feet away it could have been left under cover protected from the rain. When I placed the box upright I heard rattling porcelain. When I opened the box I discovered the toilet tank had broken into many pieces.
Great Value Toilet Kit
Would RecommendFantastic deal ! Everything you need is in the kit. The toilet was actually better than expected. Only thing I'd suggest is a new seat. The one provided is not comfortable. Otherwise this is a solid unit. Can't beat the price.

Good for the price! But not the best flush.
Would Not RecommendIt's half the price of a name brand. However, after some months the toilet loses flush power. Plunging and keeping it very clean keeps it running. There is a design flaw. I still give it a sold four. I have seen worse.
Delivered Broken
Would Not RecommendThey delivered a damaged product, they said they would pick it up because I had no way of returning which is why I ordered delivery, then they never showed and eventually said they won’t refund me. I had to pay a courier $50 to return their damaged item because I had no way of returning it. Outrageous customer service, very very greedy company.
