Easy pesy!
Would RecommendPackaged so well it could have been air dropped and not shattered! Besides that small detail, installation was surprisingly easy and directions were well written and easy to understand. The only two things I changed were the wax ring was replaced with a rubber ring and I purchased an aftermarket slow close toilet seat.

Would RecommendI love this new toilet. It replaced a 35 year old, old flush technology toilet that would regularly require the use of a plunger. The new one flushed clean the first time, every time and it uses a lot less water to do it. The only thing I wish was different is the seat - it is not slow closing like I'm used to and the old seat doesn't match the new toilet. Other than that, I am, very pleased with my Pro-Flush toilet.

Would Not RecommendThe tank leaked no matter what was done, and I tried four different times. I hired a plumber and after many attempts concluded that there is an unfixable leak in the tank.

THIS TOILET is junk
Would Not RecommendI purchased in my cabin remodel, and because I waited for another issue to resolve, when we finally was able to use it "brand new" it never worked. Now being over the year to return I am stuck now having to go to the manufacturer. I paid three plumbers to attempt fixing it..two-three times the cost of this NON FIXABLE toilet.

Would Not RecommendI bought three for my new house. Two work passably well, but not great. Low water level in the bowl seems to be a thing, but it doesn't go down. The third had the water going out of the bowl, and its replacement has had water leaking between tank and base despite new o-ring installation. It got worse with the new ring installation. Returning and buying a more expensive toilet.
