Worst toilet ever

Installing was a pain. 2 days after the water level was too low. The wax ring was bad. Then, it started leaking to the wall & into the basement. Doesn't flush right, too slow. Now, doesn't flush at all. Have to add water to flush it but not too fast or then there will be no water left. Now we have to buy another toilet that we can't afford.

Difficulty installing, seats are constantly loose. Trouble getting parts. Send parts and no directions included

Save your money

This toilet is terrible. First MAJOR issue is trying to attach the toilet seat. It is nearly impossible to reach up under the back to attach the seat. Must have long arms and fingers especially if the space is small. Secondly, sorry this part is gross. #2’s don’t flush well, just sits/smears on the bottom of the bowl takes multiple flushes to clear. Wish I would have listened to my husband and went a regular toilet, would have saved so much trouble and about $100.

wanted easy clean and switched the push button

So far it woks well, wanted to be able to clean it easily, main reason I got this one. I did switch the push button to match my decor.

Great ADA skirted side toilet!

I am very happy with this toilet!!! It is taller than a standard toilet so easier to use as we get older. The skirted sides are great and will be so much easier to keep clean! It is a compact toilet with an elongated bowel and i was really glad that it didnt take up any more space than my old standard round bowel toilet. It was fairly easy to install and came with the wax ring and soft-close seat.

It’s a good looking toilet.

I like the self closing lid and also the sides of it are smooth.

part was broken in box (would rate 0 stars)

so, purchased the toilet on August 16th and noticed that a part (the tank) had been broken upon opening the box containing it. Notified customer service who said that a part should be shipped out in 2 weeks. It's been 2+ months still haven't received the part. Would highly recommend another company

So close to being a great toilet

This toilet looks nice, is easy to clean, has the dual flush, and comes with a soft closing lid. These are all great things. However, there are a few things about the design that need to be improved before I can recommend it to anyone. First, the holes on the base that the tee bolts go through are extremely small. Easier to clean

This is the first toilet my husband and I ever installed. Sure it might have been easier with the bolts being able to be seen while placing it but the frustration was well worth it. I enjoy the height and easy clean The toilet seats that close slow sound impressive but just know they are made of plastic. You trade one feature for a cheaper and inferior material. It was missing a seat and hardware for the seat, even though it was listed on the box.

I Was a little pooped after I installed it.

Sharp Looking Toilet

This is a sharp, modern-looking toilet. The installation is fairly straight- forward. The only issue (at least for me) was lining-up the mounting screws to fit through the openings in the toilet. If you're installing the toilet alone (like I did), it's going to be somewhat frustrating to line-up the screws and openings since the openings are at the base (and inside) the toilet (unlike a traditional toilet). Looks and works amazing

Bought 2 of these for my recent home purchase and they were easy to install and look AMAZING! I LOVE the how tall it is and the longer than usual toilet seat.

Toilet sits too close to the wall

Not sure if it’s the Caserta’s fault, but I had two installed as replacement toilets during a home renovation. In both bathrooms, the toilet is too close to the wall once installed. There’s not even room to slide a paper towel between it and the wall. The two “notches” on the lid let moisture escape and now I have mold growing in both bathrooms behind the toilets. My contractor said it’s a design flaw and if I buy a different toilet, he’ll install it.
