Looked like a good deal on paper but some significant issues: 1. The "chair height" is about 1" higher than other chair height toilets - just enough to be too high for comfort. 2. the water level in the toilet is not high enough to prevent soiling above the line - and because of the low flush volume, it needs to be cleaned far too often. 3. You must hold the flush handle down for 3-4 seconds to get a full flush. Get a Kohler.

Would RecommendBowl water level way to low--no way to adjust for more water in bowl. Have to flush 2-3 times to remove stuck on stuff from bowl! UGH!!! Guess that is the way all appliances are made using water saver. Very flimsy seat came with unit. Love the height.
