It is really good and I really like the chair height, I had issues getting up from the lower toilets, not any more. It was easy to install. my only complaint is that there is no cushioning in packaging to protect toilet from damaging transporting it. Only cardboard. and the handles on box tear easily when trying to pick it up to carry.
