What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this toilet for its powerful flush, sleek one-piece design, and exceptional value. The dual-flush system, even at 1.1 gallons, delivers strong performance while saving water. The chair-height seating and slow-closing seat enhance comfort and accessibility, particularly for older users. The seamless design eliminates hard-to-reach crevices, making cleaning effortless. Installation is consistently described as straightforward and quick. A small number report isolated defects or bidet incompatibility, but most consider this an excellent upgrade offering premium features at an affordable price.

Would Not RecommendCracked toilet! Installed and everything looked fine until I had a leak that ruined my 1st floor ceiling. A job that was supposed to cost me just $179 for the toilet ended up costing me $1000.00 because I had to buy another toilet, hire a plumber which is who found the crack on the toilet and a handy man to fix the ceiling and paint.

Incomplete installation
Would Not RecommendThe installation was a scam. The technician was courteous and professional. 5 stars for him. The complaint is directed to the Nxtlvl leadership. The Install agency didnt provide him the tool or experience to install a flange. It is not complicated with the right tool and an old home is more likely to need a flange so they should anticipate it. Instead its an excuse to demand another job and they requested $250 for that completion. This should be included in the install because it isnt complicate...

Not completely impressed
Would Not RecommendI had to have the installer come back a second time because the toilet was very wobbly. He came back and placed wedges under the toilet. The "screws" on the toilet seat then broke a couple days later. I made a trip to the store to get replacements screws. This hasn't been a great experience. I hope this is the last of the issues.

Annoying logo
Would RecommendToilet works great. My only complaint is that they put their logo right behind the toilet seat and there doesn't seem to be a way to get rid of it. I don't want your advertisement in my bathroom.
