Might not get what you order
I've had to special order this product as it is not carried in any local stores. However, I'm now on my THIRD order as I was sent the wrong item on my first two orders. I initially decided to do store pick-up to avoid the $80 delivery fee but I've now wasted time and money on multiple returns.

Buy real wood instead.
Would Not RecommendThe label was nearly impossible to get off, and since it was a laminate, I couldn't scrape it or use Goo Off effectively. Also, I tried to stain it and it didn't absorb the stain. Will not buy again.

Flooring is great, delivery is not!
Would RecommendThe flooring is great. I have been having a problem getting the entire order. The people in the flooring department have been as helpful as possible, but they don’t have any information on when the rest of the order will be delivered to the store. My project is half finished and I can’t even tell the contractor when he can finish.
