I've had to special order this product as it is not carried in any local stores. However, I'm now on my THIRD order as I was sent the wrong item on my first two orders. I initially decided to do store pick-up to avoid the $80 delivery fee but I've now wasted time and money on multiple returns.

Would RecommendEasy to work with. Good match for surrounding woodwork. Contour allowed it to fit snugly into recess between brick hearth and adjacent drywall. Accepted thin coat of polyurethane to match surrounding wood.

The people in the flooring department have been as helpful as possible, but they don’t have any information on when the rest of the order will be delivered to the store. My project is half finished and I can’t even tell the contractor when he can finish.
