I've had to special order this product as it is not carried in any local stores. However, I'm now on my THIRD order as I was sent the wrong item on my first two orders. I initially decided to do store pick-up to avoid the $80 delivery fee but I've now wasted time and money on multiple returns.

The people in the flooring department have been as helpful as possible, but they don’t have any information on when the rest of the order will be delivered to the store. My project is half finished and I can’t even tell the contractor when he can finish.
