Lucky if you get one year use out of it
Would Not RecommendThis tarp breaks down and falls apart pretty quickly when exposed to the sun, you might get 2 years out of it in the shade but don't count on it. Mine started deteriorating after only one year in the sun and then the water goes right on through it. I recomend buying a better tarp for anything you care about. This is great for short term temporary use, but not for long term.

Would RecommendThe tarp was not as "tough" as I would have liked for the cost. We used it to cover our RV after storm damage and within two days, the wind/friction on the tarp caused several holes.

Would Not RecommendI use this tarp to cover a small storage area out of doors with a sloped roof.. I purchased two of these and both times the tarp seperates at the glued seam and splits within three to six months. It would be okay for occasional temp use but not at all durable.
