Would Not RecommendCompletely useless tools - just buy yourself a nice scraper to remove the caulk and user your finger. These plastic tools do very poorly for any surface that has ridges or irregularities, or when you go from tile to grout. Skip these tools altogether and do it right.

Custom Service training is needed!
The products carried at Lowes always meet my expectations but my trip was ruined by a lack of customer service skills by the front end clerk overseeing the customer's self-checkout which is absolutey ridiculous that you can't hire people and / or train them satisfactorily to assist customers.
