Ratings & Reviews for Project Source 24-in x 24-in 1 -Basin White Freestanding Utility tub with Drain with Faucet

bad quality

sink leaked from the get go and drain is flimsy and does not work well.

Sink is good, faucet is bad

We installed the sink and started to run water. A loud noise was heard so we investigated. We thought it only happened when water was run elsewhere at the same time. Upon further examination we found the faucet leaking and the noise was loud even without water running elsewhere. Things were installed properly and the faucet tightened. We now have to spend money on a new faucet!!! We already had problems with the first sink because 2 of the 6 inch pieces that go on the bottom of the legs were ...

Bought this sink for a mop room. Perfect size, easy assembly & the faucet that comes with it is really nice!

Nice

Easy to assemble and sturdy

Great laundry tub

Great looking laundry sink. Excellent price. Will come in very handy for paint clean up and dog washing.

Seems sturdy enough

Should be fine for household use, don't think it would last long as a daily used item, other than for water drainage from the washing machine.

Missing two legs

Two legs were missing. The documentation includes a web site where you can request missing parts and promises to ship them next business day. No confirmation was sent when the request was sent. The phone number goes to an answering service who was unable to assist in confirming the legs were sent. No response was received when I emailed the provided address. Product itself looks fine enough, but be sure to inspect the contents of the box before purchasing.

Great features

Great quality. Easy to use

Faucet leaks from inside

Assembly and installation was easy enough, but once we got it hooked up, we discovered the faucet leaks from within the internal hookups that we cannot get to (the pre-assembled section of the faucet). Talked with customer service to see what could be done. The customer service person said there is a known issue with these faucets. We have to un-install the entire sink and return to Lowe's with the receipt, and a return # that the customer service person gave me after confirming my purchase. Ve...

40 year old sink replaced

The sink is beautiful, went together w/o any issue, love the faucet

Nice sink, worthless faucet

Sink included faucet and drain. Installation was straight forward but if you've never done any kind of plumbing before, the instructions are incomplete and poorly written. The BIGGEST problem was the faucet. While the pull-out head is a nice feature, the metal used in fabrication is so thin it can be crushed by hand (think aluminum foil). In addition, the drain pipe provided is made from a corrugated rubber-like hose that will attract debris and clog easily. I attached the sink to an existing sm...

Good overall

Overall a good little sink, perfect for our needs. It works and was fairly easy to install, because my brother, the plumber, was there to assist. Don't expect upgraded parts, you get what you pay for.

Quick and easy.

Easy to assemble and install.

Perfect utility room sink

Very large and stable
