Would Recommendstainless steel. comes with 4 Stainless screws. Make sure the screws are in the carton. Some of these kits do not com with screw covers. Anchors are not included. Sold separate . I had 2 bars installed in my shower. Go to YouTube and watch how these can be mounted.

Would RecommendGood quality and easy to install into studs. Should have had instructions on sheetrock installation. The only items that come in the package are for stud installation. If you install it horizontal, you will need an anchoring system. This will happen if you mount it horizontally.
